Free Bikes on the Mountain

Again this year, Laurel Mountain Ministries and Second Wind Bikes extend their partnership to serve the transportation (and fun) needs of the community. Visit the Mountain on October 19th for Free Bikes on the Mountain and leave with a Free Reconditioned Bicycle.

At this event, Zac Gery of Second Wind Bikes will size a bike to fit your body. And, if you never rode before, he will help you get started. We want you to ride safe. So, while your bike is being sized, ask Zac for a FREE helmet, bike lock, and training wheels, if needed. Bike accessories available while supplies last.

Second Wind Bike’s Mission – Serving Those in Need

1 John 3:17 says “If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?” Second Wind Bicycles seeks to live this out through bicycles. Even though bicycles are everywhere, they aren’t in the hands of those who need them the most. “For at-risk families, refugees, and homeless, bicycles are commonly the only way to get around. Whether we are locating bicycles, repairing them, or handing out bicycles, we always do it with a serving heart.”
