Over three lively days\, Scouts will dive into a range of exciting activities designed to enrich their outdoors experience—all with a healthy dose of delicious picnic fare\, of course. \nWhat to Expect\nBadge Earning Galore: Inspired by the tradition of Girl Scouts earning badges through hands-on challenges\, Scouts will have the opportunity to pursue a variety of outdoor‑themed badges—think nature discovery\, teamwork\, and more \nPicnic Time: No Girl Scout event is complete without food! Expect spread‑the‑blanket moments filled with sandwiches\, fresh fruits\, snacks\, and sweet treats under the open sky—perfect for building friendships and fueling up for adventures. \nBeach Volleyball & Disc Golf: Two great ways to get active! Whether bumping\, setting\, and spiking a volleyball\, or tossing discs through a wooded course\, girls will develop coordination\, teamwork\, and a sense of friendly competition. \nNature Walk through the Woods: Guided hikes will help Scouts explore the mountain’s natural beauty—spending time outdoors supports well‑being and confidence\, just like the Girl Scouts Love the Outdoors Challenge encourages—120 minutes a week in nature is tied to improved mood and focus. \nThroughout the weekend\, Scouts will move at their own pace and select activities that spark their curiosity—empowering them in true Girl Scout fashion.
